Both Jeremy and Nate were very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy explained in detail the hows and why's of what he was doing. We had our ducts cleaned by Troy and Dave. Our appointment was at 7am, on a Saturday. They arrived at 7 sharp! They told us exactly what they'd be doing and got started. Dave even noticed some Legos in my son's vent. He let him get them out, then even let him vacuum his own vent. My son enjoyed that. With 3 out of 4 people in our home having lung issues, we definitely notice a difference in the air! Thank you Troy and Dave and Just In Time!
We had an appointment scheduled to repair a leak in our water line to the humidifier. They called 20 minutes out to let me know they were on the way. Nate and Jeremy were the techs that came in. Introduced themselves, looked at the issue, came up with a plan, told me what they were going to do, gave me the cost and went to work. Very informative, told me step by step what they are doing, some suggestions for the future, checked to ensure no other issues. cleaned up and DONE! Perfect! No issues No worries. Called Just In Time to come fix a shower issue in our bathroom. Jeremy & Nate were so friendly & professional. They assessed & addressed the issue quickly & had it fixed in no time at all. Made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before departing. While they were here, I mentioned the vanity faucet was non-functional and told them I was going to call to set appointment and would request them personally. Today they arrived on time and showed the same professionalism and attention to detail.
